Eden Benibo is a young voice in the literary field, with an undiluted passion for impacting her world positively via words. As a poet, she also writes articles, short stories and essays all geared towards helping individuals, especially (young minds) break free from the claws of self pity in a world full of so many negativities. She is of the strong view that – we can always become solutions, rather than remain either as a problem or in the problem. Her watch words include the fact that life revolves around our mentality – ‘Things most times become how we perceive them to be’.
Her life is guided by the principle that ‘change is not just a part of life. Change is life itself’. Therefore, it’s either we live it or it leaves us behind.
With this, she promotes the consciousness of ‘living the change we wish to leave behind’.
To this end, her works are aimed to correct the faulty orientation which can be said to be the major challenge of Nigeria and Africa in general.
Her words are deep and creatively written and spoken. She undertakes a kind of education for young minds that goes beyond the four walls of a school.
